HEALTH - + is a bio-therapeutic soundbath series created by Imka, an artist and sound designer blending ambient soundscapes with holistic wellness. Rooted in the intersection of nature, technology, and human experience, the series provides immersive sonic experiences that promote relaxation, emotional release, and inner balance.

Each session utilizes resonant frequencies, field recordings, and live ambient compositions to guide participants through meditative states. These soundbaths incorporate custom-designed loops and bio-data music, capturing real-time organic sounds and translating them into deeply soothing auditory landscapes.

Through partnerships with Grounded, HEALTH - + extends beyond traditional sound therapy, integrating sensory elements such as natural fragrances, spatial audio, and multi-sensory environments to enhance the healing potential of sound. Imka’s work is deeply informed by his background in music production, visual storytelling, and environmental sound design, creating experiences that bridge the gap between art and therapeutic practice. This collaboration with Grounded reflects a shared mission: to cultivate spaces for mental clarity, stress reduction, and creative rejuvenation through the power of intentional listening.
